Mental Health America of the Palm Beaches presents its 5th Annual Lead with Love 5K, a race for runners and walkers of all ages in Dreher Park South, West Palm Beach, Florida.
The race features a 5K (3.1 mile) scenic route in Dreher Park. Enjoy a post-run snack and awards ceremony after the race.
The event also features the March for Mental Wellness - a scenic wellness 1/2 mile walk through Dreher Park in West Palm Beach, where participants will pause for mini-yoga sessions, guided meditation, neuroarts creativity activities, and pet therapy cuddles. All registered runners will receive a men's or women's shirt. All finishers will receive a Finishers Medal. Age group awards. Chip timing by Accuchip.

The store is located 1 mile west of I-95 on Okeechobee Blvd, next to Havertys.
Please do not contact the Run Appeal store for any race or packet pickup-related questions. All race questions must be addressed to Madeleine at madeleine@k2roadsports.com or 561-222-7511.
Picking up for more than 3 people? Please send us a list with all names to madeleine@k2roadsports.com by 3 PM the day before pickup so we can prepare the packets in advance.
Race day packet pickup from 6:00 AM to 7:15 AM at the race site.
RACE LOCATION
Location: Dreher Trail South in Dreher Park. The park entrance from Summit Boulevard (do not enter from Southern Blvd!). The race site is south of Summit Blvd, the zoo is north of Summit Blvd.
Road Closures: Entrance to Dreher Park South will close at 7:20AM.
